By placing an order on tmiunderwear.com you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars. Orders ship from the United States.

Founding reservations

A founding reservation is a one-time charge that reserves your first pack at the subscriber rate. Your first shipment goes out on our launch ship date, which is communicated at checkout. Until we ship your pack, your reservation is fully refundable — email hello@tmibytimi.com with the email you reserved under, and we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Once your pack has shipped, the returns policy below applies.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you selected. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account portal — changes made before the next billing date apply to the next shipment. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Individual shipments are covered by the returns policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed product within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, briefs and trunks cannot be returned once the individual product package is opened. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@tmibytimi.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund at our option.

Shipping and delivery

TMI is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages once handed to the carrier, or damages caused by misuse. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Updates

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and take effect from the date noted below.
